I've used Nella for about 6 months now and feel like I can give a proper review of it. It helps with energy, digestion, and in general well being. I like that they have data on how it works and that's why I continue to take it. It's on subscribe and save for me. I just wish they would use bottles or something other than blister packets. Taking Nella on the road is difficult with the boxes and blister packs.

After having a partial hysterectomy, my digestion (presumably from the antibiotics) was terrible. I was intensely constipated no matter how much yogurt, greens, berries, fiber, etc. I consumed.
