Website Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee your satisfaction. Our commitment is to both the science and to our community of customers. However, given the sensitive nature of our products, we have certain restrictions on our refund and return policy. Please read the following carefully.
Our "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy only applies to the first purchase (trial) of a new product, not recurring orders, and lasts 30 days from the time your product is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your experience taking our product, you can request a full refund by contacting us at customercare@fitbiomics.com. You do not need to return anything, but we would love to hear your feedback on what you did not enjoy about your probiotics.
For products purchased as a bundle or multi-month plan, only the first 30-day supply will qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee policy; the remaining boxes MUST be unopened, sealed in their original packaging and returned to be eligible for a refund.
All other orders outside of the trial period that are unopened and sealed may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. These returns are subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at customercare@fitbiomics.com before opening the product packaging or receiving the shipment. Our team will provide a return shipping label and guide you through the process. We cannot accept returns on opened packages or used products.
Your refund will be initiated within 15 business days of receipt of the returned items and once the products are confirmed unopened. Funds will be returned to the original payment method or can be issued as a store credit.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days after initiation of the refund for payment to post, depending upon your credit card or payment company's processing times. If you choose a store credit instead of a refund, we will waive the restocking fee. Store credit will be issued as a credit to your account or as a digital store gift card sent via email.
**Restocking Fee** All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for managing their own subscription preferences. Customers are responsible for any order changes which include; order cancellations, subscription cancellations, shipping date changes, and product updates. Therefore, any return requests falling under the customer's responsibility mentioned above are not accepted. Any exceptions are up to the discretion of FitBiomics Inc. (Examples: requesting a return after the subscription order has processed due to forgetting to change the order date or forgetting to cancel the subscription and/or order).
Any claim or concern regarding damage or shortage of content delivered must be made by contacting us at customercare@fitbiomics.com with your order information, lot code information on your package, and any pictures of the issue. We will work to make it right.
For orders lost or stolen in transit, we will either send you a replacement or issue a store credit after a standard waiting period to confirm the carrier was not temporarily delayed in delivery. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our refund policy does not apply to any purchases made by an unauthorized seller.
