Thank you for participating in our customer feedback survey. This survey is designed to help us better understand your experiences, preferences, and perspectives related to FitBiomics products. By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Your input is invaluable and helps shape the future of our product offerings and brand.

2. Voluntary Participation & Incentives

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. All respondents who complete the survey will receive a discount code and the opportunity to win a gift card, regardless of the nature of their feedback. We value honesty above all—positive, neutral, or critical feedback is equally important and appreciated. Only the first 250 people to complete the survey will be eligible to receive the gift card.
