We don't have a set recommendation on when you take it, so we suggest whenever it is easiest for you to keep to a routine. Consistency and compliance are key!

Our next-gen probiotics are distinct in that we've identified and sourced from some of the most fit people in the world. We utilize elite athletes as a proxy for understanding optimal health and have discovered that athletes have their own genetic strain variations of current GRAS species, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. This what's currently in your beta-supplement. We've done a lot of sequencing and genomic analysis of several species we're beta-testing to see how their genes and metabolic pathways differ from current commercial strains. There are quite a bit of interesting differences in terms of things such as amino acid and vitamin biosynthesis pathways, etc.
